The Role
An Office all rounder is required to assit the current office. Among other things, your responsibilities in this role will include;

* Facilities Management
* Liaising with external contractors
* Client seminar coordination
* Database management and documeting procedures
* Assist Marketing team

You
You will have a strong administration background preferably in a variety of areas. This will have provided you with;

* Solid experience in an administration background
* Experience with MYOB, MS Office and client database systems
* A flexible 'can do' attitude'
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* A team player
